How do I know which size I should select?
On every item page, there will be a size guide. Click the drop down menu to view the size chart, and a diagram of the measurement locations.
Why is there two different styles of fit?
We offer two different styles on Season 4 and above.
- Original fit. This style has a designer feel, not as 'box-y' as typical street wear, however it maintains a very true-to-size feel. *(S, M, L, XL, XXL)
- Shortened fit. This style has all the benefits of the original fit, however the overall vertical length of the shirt is shortened by 2 INCHES. We understand that, "not everybody is a skyscraper". With the ability of our designer streetwear being handcrafted in-house, we have to ability to make alterations of the length to better suit you. *(S-shortened, M-shortened, L-shortened, XL-shortened, XXL-shortened)
If I require my shirt to be shortened (and more than 2"), can I choose the length I want my shirt shortened to?
Yes, we're flexible - While typically 2 inches is sufficient, if you need more off the length we can adjust according to your preferences. Select your desired size in the shortened version, and send us an email at email@example.com or by using our contact page (as soon as possible!) and we can fulfill your request.
How can I pay?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay. Our payment software is powered by Stripe, a very reputable software which allows business to accept payments and prevent fraud. It is a very safe and quick software for both participants.
Can I track my order?
All Canadian orders are trackable. The ability to track orders placed in the U.S. depends on the shipping method that is chosen at time of checkout. Once an order has been put through and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
I haven't received my tracking number.
If you picked a shipping method that provides a tracking number and did not receive it in the shipped confirmation email, send us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact page to notify us.
I have received my receipt but no shipping confirmation.
It can take up to 3 business days for us to process, sew and ship your order- especially during busy times! Please be patient with us; we're still growing.
If you require priority, simply put "Rush" in your order's comment section, and we will do our best to fulfill your purchase as quick as we can.
I need to change my order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us through our email email@example.com or the contact page as soon as possible! Orders can be processed as quick as 2 hours after it is put through our site. We are unable to make any changes beyond the shipping confirmation.
Can I return my garments?
Yes - but we require a couple of things...
- Your order MUST be returned in new condition, unworn and within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Your packing slip must be sent with your returned items (this comes in your package). If you no longer have the slip, please print the receipt that was sent to your email address. This is how we can verify your return.
Is shipping refundable?
Unfortunately not. When returning an item, we cannot reimburse you for the initial shipping cost of your order, or the return shipping cost.
Can my return be exchanged for a different size?
Of course! Make sure you read the previous FAQ about returns.
The only shipping cost that we will cover during the return process, is the exchanged item's shipping cost (newly exchanged item, that is being shipped to you).
How do I know if my items are final sale?
At the moment, all of our original fit items (including sale items) can be returned if required. Standard and customized shortened items CANNOT be return.
By completing your order, you understand and agree to pay the applicable fees associated with international orders. Orders placed outside of Canada are subject to sales tax, duties and customs determined by your country and/or state of residence.
I am missing an item!
Although this is rare (we promise), things happen! Verify with your order confirmation that you didn't accidentally remove the item from your cart before the purchase. If we both verify that the item has been missed, we will refund you the amount of the item.
